About
MY BACKGROUND
I began my career in digital marketing roles at brands and agencies where I built a solid foundation on which to grow. In early 2016, I onboarded Sprinklr as the social media management platform of choice while working as the social media manager for Simmons Bedding Company. I fell in love with not just the Sprinklr platform, but the role technology can play in shaping our success. I also thoroughly enjoyed the implementation process—including filling out the lengthy configuration spreadsheet! When I was relocating back to my home state of Ohio, I reached out to my Sprinklr account team and asked if they had any remote roles available. A couple months later, I left brands and agencies behind and became my journey working and software—and I’ll never look back!
I joined Sprinklr shortly after they acquired a company that evolved into their Advertising product. As an early member of the team supporting the Advertising product, I had the opportunity to wear many hats—from implementation to customer success to sales engineering—but given my background, I leaned most heavily into helping bring the product to market effectively. Before leaving Sprinklr after nearly 5 years, I was leading a cross-functional team of marketers to execute quarterly go-to-market programs that drove pipeline and revenue for the Advertising product.
Since then, I have been the founding product marketer at early-stage startups, laying the groundwork for a successful function, building the team, and shaping the go-to-market strategy. Most recently, I led product marketing at Totango, a customer success software. It was an exciting 18 months with a number of big projects including: a pricing overhaul, acquisition of another technology, participation in the first Forrest Wave in the CS category, a new product launch process, and so much more.

Now, I'm looking for my next great opportunity!

Core Values
WHAT I BELIEVE IN
Lead with empathy
My most fundamental belief is that people do their best work when they feel appreciated, understood, and cared for. At the end of the day, no business thrives without a motivated team working hard to achieve their goals. That's why I always put the person—not the work—first. Because as they say: people don't leave a job, they leave a manager.
Be your most authentic self
To truly feel valued at work, I believe it's important that everyone can show up as their most authentic self—quirks, flaws, and all. Nobody is perfect and no two team members are the same, but our unique qualities are what allow us to build dynamic connections with our coworkers that, when cultivated carefully, result in a high-performing team.
Question everything
Personal and professional growth requires that we embrace a learning mentality. Is there something you'd like to learn more about? Someone you'd like to get to know better? Ask a question. By questioning everything, we not only open ourselves up to the opportunity to learn, but also foster connections with others by showing interest in both them as a person and their work.
Perfect the details
Move fast; take action
Power people with process
The little things go a long way; that's why it's imperative to approach our work with an eye for detail. By paying careful attention and getting things right the first time, we prevent the time suck that comes with corrections and ensure that our delivered product produces the desired results as soon as possible.
Indecision is the enemy of progress. Having a bias toward action moves things along—even if the direction changes. It's important to speak up, offer suggestions, and fill gaps as you observe them. This only works, however, in a psychologically safe environment where everyone checks their ego at the door.
How can you be detail-oriented and still move fast? Creating clear process documentation and outlining expectations makes it easier for everyone to focus on what they need to deliver, how, and by when. A good project plan goes a long way to ensure timeliness, accountability, and success.
